The Swedish Cross-Party Committee on Environmental Objectives proposes that Sweden, not later than 2045, will not have any net emissions of greenhouse gases to the atmosphere. Thereafter, negative emissions will be achieved. What does this proposal mean for the transition of the transport sector and what is its most probable development until 2045? What transportation needs do we actually have in 30 years and which fuels/technologies will we use? Are current and proposed policy instruments sufficient to achieve the goal?
Hear leading players from research, vehicle manufacturers, fuel producers and biomass producers give their view on this, followed by a panel discussion with representatives from the Swedish Cross-Party Committee on Environmental Objectives and other stakeholders.
